At Immanence, we believe your privacy is a fundamental right. This policy explains how we handle your information across all our applications.
What We Collect
- Account Information: Email address for authentication and profile data you choose to provide.
- Usage Data: How you interact with our apps to improve your experience (e.g., language preferences, saved settings).
- Content Data: Data you create within our apps (e.g., practice history in Binne, stories in Storie, design preferences in Tuis, journal entries in Helder, and reflections in Nou).
What We Don't Collect
We don't collect or sell your personal information to advertisers. We don't track you across the web. We don't use manipulative dark patterns.
AI and Your Data
When you use AI features in our apps, your inputs are processed by Anthropic's Claude. We don't use your conversations to train AI models. Some apps keep a memory to work as intended — for example, Nou's episodic memory holds key moments from your sessions so it can reflect your patterns over time. Where an app keeps this kind of memory, you can review and remove it in that app or by deleting your account; where it doesn't, conversations aren't stored long-term unless you explicitly save them.

We use trusted providers to deliver our services:
- Clerk: Authentication and sign-in
- Vercel: Hosting and deployment
- Supabase: Database
- Stripe: Payment processing
- Anthropic: AI features
Your Rights
You can access, correct, or delete your data at any time through your account settings. You can also contact us to request a complete data export.
